An All Access Weekend is a limited period of time in Club Penguin Island where all players have access to features that otherwise require paid membership, such as wearing clothing, using tubes, and etc, for free. Players that already have paid membership are not affected.
The first time a player without membership logs in during the event, they receive an Ice Key, which replaces the lock icon on their player card. This is similar to the key that paid members have on their player card. Once the event ends, the key melts, and membership features are locked for free players again.
The amount of time left in the event can be seen on the membership info page, accessed from the game's settings.
